Jan-Willem is a specialist in employment law and employee participation. Within employment law, he has a broad practice in which he advises, negotiates and litigates for both national and international clients. Jan-Willem also assists both entrepreneurs and works councils in the context of co-determination law. Because he speaks the language of both the boardroom and the workplace, he knows how to make complex matters comprehensible to everyone. His extensive experience, ready knowledge and practical approach mean that Jan-Willem can respond quickly and take immediate action if necessary. When it comes to litigation, Jan-Willem is equally at home with the (subdistrict) courts, the courts of appeal and the Enterprise Chamber.
